Thank you for shopping with WM Store. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within [7/14] days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Perishable goods

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellations
